By using our website, mobile app, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Copy.Click is a technology platform enabling Telegram-based signal transmission and optional trade replication within your own trading accounts.

2. Nature of the Service

Copy.Click provides automated technology for trade replication.
Signal providers may share trade activity that is forwarded to Telegram channels.
Followers may choose to replicate such trades by connecting their own whitelisted MT5 accounts.

Copy.Click:

  • Does not provide investment advice.

  • Does not analyse, filter, evaluate, or approve trades.

  • Does not guarantee accuracy, timing, or profitability of signals.

  • Is not a brokerage, financial advisor, or licensed investment service.

All trade decisions are made solely by the user.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed in your jurisdiction to use trade-replication technology.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for all trades executed in your own trading account.

  • You must ensure your trading account is correctly configured and whitelisted.

  • You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized activities.

  • Financial trading carries significant risk, including loss of all invested capital.

7. No Investment Advice

All information transmitted via our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

8. Service Limitations and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or performance of trade transmission, Telegram connectivity, or MT5 execution.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, software, and technology on Copy.Click are the property of 8topuz Consulting LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Copy.Click is not responsible for any losses resulting from trade replication.

  • We are not responsible for Telegram outages, delays, or delivery failures.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the previous three months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
