By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Licence Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse-engineer or decompile the software

Transfer the licence to another person

Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Interfere with servers, APIs, or security systems
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App remain the property of 8topuz Consulting LLC, including software, branding, design, and related content.
5. Updates
We may release updates, improvements, or security patches.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.
6. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with third-party platforms such as Telegram, MT5 servers, and payment processors.
We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or errors caused by those services.
7. Termination
This licence remains valid until terminated.
We may terminate the licence if you violate this Agreement.
You may terminate by uninstalling the App.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or performance.
Trading activity carries inherent risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Losses arising from trading activity

Signal quality, delays, or execution timing

Third-party outages or service disruptions
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past three months.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
